Applicant Requirements
• At least 18 years of age
• At least a high school graduate
• Never been married and have no children
• An immigrant from Taiwan who is at least ¼ Taiwanese
Preliminary Stage
• Application package must be postmarked by 06/30/10
• Proof-of-Age document
• One 8X10 photo, upper body view
• An essay written in English or Chinese (500 words max) on “How you identify with Taiwan”
• A $50.00 registration fee payable to “Taiwan Center” Finalist Stage:
• Finalists will advance to the training stage
• A $300.00 training fee payable to “Taiwan Center”
• This Pageant will crown 1 Queen and 4 Princesses
• The Queen will receive a cash award/scholarship of $3,000.00
• Each Princess will receive a certificate along with either a cash award/scholarship or award trophy.
• This Pageant will also recognize 3 popular titles: Miss Congenial, Miss Photogenic and Miss Popularity
